Ordering Guidelines
You may order catering via:

All orders will be confirmed by our Catering Department by 2pm the next business day.
All orders must be placed by 1pm, three (3) business days prior to an event.
With your order please include a suite contact name, phone and fax number and the name of the suite host that will be at your event.
Orders for Saturday games are due by 1pm on the Wednesday prior to the Event.
Orders for Thursday games are due by 1pm on the Monday prior to the Event.
Billing
Payment options include credit card (preferred), cash, or check.
Orders placed less than three (3) business days before an event are subject to an 18% administrative fee.
All orders are subject to Connecticut state sales tax, unless advanced arrangements are made with the Sodexo Catering Director at 860-610-4704.
Any changes to an existing suite order after the deadline date are subject to an 18% administrative fee.
All game day orders are subject to an 18% administrative fee.
All suite catering is subject to a 15% gratuity.
Suite holders will be responsible for all food and beverage charged to the suite.
Sodexo reserves the right to service all food and beverage needs at Rentschler Field.
Any items found on the premise not supplied by Sodexo are subject to confiscation.
Payment must be received within 30 days of Event Date, or late fees will be incurred at prevailing rates.
Any direct bill that is over 30 days outstanding will be subject to an 18% administrative fee.
